More Pictures From Christmas Time

This little penguin pot scrubber was supposed to be part of a gift for my buddy Maria, but one of the poachers(aka dogs) stole it and chewed it a bit, so I had to keep it myself.
Baby Rocket Dog chewing her stocking gift from Auntie Maria. 4 squeekers ripped out of 4 toys in 10 minutes! Hootie never got to make one squeek. :>(
Jessica & David seeing what Santa left in their stockings.
We ladies thought the guys looked so funny in these odd clothing combinations & morning hair that they were worthy of a Kodak moment. Does David have a snow angel popping from his head?
The gifts under the Christmas tree on Christmas morning.
David entertaining the dogs with his alpaca socks. Lucky they didn't chew them up later on!! See the pooches festive neck scarves? I made them from table clothe scraps.
A tired Hootie and a tired Jessica while playing a fun game. Can't remember the name, but this disk gives you a word, then you have to give clues to your partner within a short amount of time before a buzzer goes off. Patrick and I were the big winners that night.
David & Patrick shoveling with a little help from the dogs.
I took this pic of Jessica from the outside of the bay window. The stripes are from my apron.
Baby Rocket Dog loves to romp in the snow. Here she is after "helping" Pat & David.
I caught Jessica getting ready to go skiing. We got her the new long john top for Christmas.
This is Jessica and David before they headed out to Schweitzer Mountain to go skiing for the day. Ahhh, young love. They celebrated their 6th anniversary in August.

Oh gosh, I didn't think you would post until you got back to Phx.
I am looking at all these pictures and just smiling from ear to ear; glad I don't have to deal with all that snow; yet wanting to be there with all the fun and of course those wonderful beautiful dogs!!!
Jessica and David are as adorable as can be!!

Love the pooh story! I've told everyone about it since you told me. LOL!!!! :D

Dorothy ~ Thx.I can only take partial credit for them being cute.(he he)Really they are such nice people that I'd love 'em even if they weren't related!

Betsy ~ Thank you for the sweet compliment. The cabin is in N.Idaho.It was our 1st Christmas there. Now we are in Arizona.

Shelley ~ We still have lots of work to do,but are making progress.Jess & David supplimented their income a few years ago by teaching ski & snowboarding at Snoqualmie Pass Ski Resort and they love it.She started skiing when she was 4 yrs old,so is really good.Pat & I retired our skis a few years ago.Too many torn shoulders & knees now! Have fun skiing.Looks like you have a ton of snow.
Jen ~ Snow is best to look at from the inside of a nice toasty cabin. Sure happy the pooh story had a happy ending! Thanks for the prayers in that messy matter.:<)

Poor little Penguin, but the doggie must have liked it a lot too. It looks like you had a very fun and satisfying Christmas. May those wonderful feelings follow you wherever you go through the New Year. Enjoy the Moment.

Cassie, I loved all your photos. I am really enjoying coming to visit your blog.

I didn't even buy any new toys for our dog this Christmas. He has refused to play with the last several that I bought for him. Instead he always goes and get one of his three favorites--a blue ball, a plastic hot dog with the squeaker chewed out of it, or a green plastic ring with bumps all over it.

I love the pic of your daughter with the stripes of Mom's apron surrounding her---like you are in the picture with her giving her a hug almost. :)

Bernie ~ Thx. for visiting us & for the kind wishes!Your pictures on your blog are really lovely.

Daisy ~ I'm glad you enjoy visiting me. I enjoy visiting you too! Most of the dogs gifts came from my buddys Maria & MT & the "kids".They love new toys as their attention spans seem short(besides the fact that they destroy everything in time).I liked the hug idea.Cool.
