Final Patrick Update!?

Dr. Ungar agreed with Dr. Dewanjee (the VA Orthopedic surgeon) as far as the course of action to take with Pat's clavicle. Seems "when you get older" these things are handled conservatively. Hmmmm. Seemed weird hearing that. I'll not bore you all with this henceforth. We're muddling through this alone now. Thanks for all your support. love, Cassie

Cassie & Patrick - our prayers are still with you. You're NOT alone, and it's not boring to hear how someone you've learned to care about is doing.

We're here if you need us.

I have no knowledge in this area, Cassie, so I can't offer any advice. I do hope that Patrick starts to have less pain soon and that this break will heal quickly.

Cassie, I agree with Lynn; there's nothing boring about this, and I think everyone appreciates the updates. Were I nearby, I'd offer you any practical help you needed, but you certainly have all my moral support. I hope the healing goes well & speedily, then, over the next few weeks. ~John
