These are 2 Shadow Shots that my daughter, Jessica, took. She said she has much better ones, but when I saw these on her FB photo gallery I knew they'd be just right for SSS. The top photo was taken from the upstairs at Joe Bar when her dad and I surprised her for her birthday last December. The bottom shot is of David, my son-in-law, taken at Volunteer Park. Both taken in Seattle, Washington. I think the girl has real talent, don't you?!

Very interesting Shadow Shots, Cassie. Happy Sunday to You and Pat!
That second shot is great! With that smart driving cap, I feel that David is from 100 years ago when the (now) old building was new. How cool!
I like both shots, although @Ralph seems to be onto something ... nice!
We think your daughter did an awesome job! Love them both.

Yes, she indeed does have talent! I especially love the one of David.
I also love the fireworks banner that you have and the snippet of a letter from Paul to the Romans.

Hi Cassie!
1-Awesome header!
2-yep, your daughter has talent, those are wonderful shots, and
3-You probably already knew this, but these new templates have an option to change their width. I did with mine, but I don't remember the process. Anyhow, if you didn't know, and want to try, it's in the template design part.
Have a great day!
Great shots, your daughter has a great eye..
Wonderful shots, she definitely has an eye for detail and composition! The second shot is very moody and thought provoking.
Wow your daughter captured it perfectly. I really get a sense of this ambience.

She does! They are both really lovely photos-especially the second one.
As for felting-no I don't think you need to be clever-just careful-for the needle felting anyway. I learnt the wet felting from a book and the needle felting through reading a bit, looking at youtube videos and trying it out. The technique is easy but getting the results you imagine is a bit harder. It is fun to see what happens though! Look on youtube for videos!
very interesting shadow shots. lyndax

Yes, and lovely photo shots too! Great to see some family memories.
Thanks for the visit Cassie. Much appreciated.
I like her pictures. She indeed does have talent.
Very nice shots. I like her style! And yes, your description of some car thingy crowding the average visitor out of Monterey sounds right on the nose. Typical. Better luck next time through!
Great shots.
