A - Z Monday ~ The Letter B

Butter.
Not just any butter. Imported Butter.
Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter.
This is my butter.
I know I'm a bit over weight and shouldn't have any kind of relationship with this rich, tasty mixture of butterfat, water and milk proteins. But I LOVE this butter. I remember when I was a little kid my father used to sneak a bite of butter with a fork! Now I understand where Daddy was coming from. No kidding, I could eat this stuff with a fork. Do I?? I'll never tell. Okay, enough said.

Last week I got 2 terrific recipes from fellow A to Z-ers. Patrick said to thank Margaret for her absolute favorite lunch recipe...He loved it and there are 4 more bowls in the freezer for work! And Dorothy gave us Applebee's blondies recipe. Haven't tried it yet, but I will 'cuz they are one of my favorite deserts. For more A - Z Mondays check out Jen's blog. You'll be glad you did!

Hope your week is starting out good. Blessings to all who read this.
love, Cassie

Hey Cassie - Kerrygold is my fave too! I can rarely get it here in VA, but occasionally I find it and then I feast on hot homemade bread and butter - YUM!!

I adore the butter dish too! I think you and I have a lot of the same traits - almost all of my dishes are blue and white.

Tomorrow, I'll be posting a shadow shot - just for you.

Nothing wrong with a little butter...in moderation. But I doubt we can find your brand in rural northern Ohio...

I haven't seen that kind around here but I'll look closer next time. I was used to using margarine until I married Jeep, but he says that it's just one molecule away from being plastic, and insists on using butter!
Happy Monday!

Glad the lunch was a success!

I think I've seen this butter in the store. It looks great! I prefer butter to oily margarine any day!

They are saying now that real Butter is now better for us than some of the fake ones and margarines.... SO---go for it, Girl ---and take that bite every once in awhile.
Hugs,
Betsy

Oooooh Cassie, you and I would be the best of foodie friends if we lived near each other!!! Kerrygold is golden delicious perfection, isn't it!? When you use the real stuff (instead of margarine and imitation versions) you actually have to use a lot less, simply because the taste is all encompassing and it is pure. Great B!!!!

P.S. I also love your dishes. Gorgeous!

Cassie, oh my! You've never had a burger but have had an elk brat. Go figure. That is AWESOME! I've learned so much about you tonight, just from reading your comments. You are a kaleidoscope my friend! XOXO

No worries about being wordy! I'm the very same way. ;-) I'm usually not much of a night owl, but it's been a rough couple of weeks. Ah well!

We recently got together with doggie bloggers from Italy! I'm sure AZ to SD is much closer. Ha ha!

Sleep well!
