Suz from Day By Day...My Life As A Busy Bee picked the last seven people leaving comments to bestow this Honest Scrap award to. (I was one of the lucky seven.) I like that idea, so I will copy her, but will pick the 1st seven people who left comments(that haven't had the award yet). Yup, I find all the blogs I read are brilliant in either content or design.
The rules for this award are:
First, choose a minimum of seven blogs that you find brilliant in content or design.
Secondly, show the seven winners' names and links on your blog, and leave a comment informing them that they were prized with “Honest Scrap".
Lastly, list at least ten honest things about yourself.
This should be fun, as I don't know if Airedales are noted for their honesty! (At least I know BabyRD is a sneak!) Here goes:
1- Noah's Bark is a journal of the adventures of 4 lovable Airedales from Down Under. Denise & Bryan, the Dale's folks run a B & B so there are also yummy food pictures & you know how I love that!
2- Molly & Taffy of Terrier Fun are from the UK and our pups are like twins to them...an Airedale and a Welshie. Taffy even has a kissing booth at the top of their blog where you can leave a big lip print on his face!
3- Michele of New Beginnings lives in one of my favorite states in the U.S.A. - Montana. She is noted for her honest blog and it's hard not to fall in love with her adorable Lizzie. The rest of her clan are pretty cool too;<).
4- Shelley has 3 sites, but my favorite is Building A Log Cabin in Michigan. I've never been to MI, but really would like to go there now that she has introduced me to it. Her pictures are lovely and her cabin is too.She has so many visitors to her blog that I often forget to leave a comment after reading all the others!
5- More pooches: Scruffy, Stanley's & Lacie's Place introduces us to holyterriers 3: a Wire Haired Terrier, an Airedale Terrier and a Lakeland Terrier. They all hail from Pennsylvania; Pittsburgh to be exact. Their escapades delight me. My Hootie loves Lacie the Lakeland but she thinks he might be a bit young. he he.
6- Daisy of Dancing With Daisy breaks the old stereotype of Marian the Librarian! She is one cool chick from Ohio, who not only sends us songs through blogville but reads her (own!!) poetry as well. Check her out.
7- And last, but not least, Maggie & Mitch of Maggie and Mitch the Airedales. These Dales from Connecticut are so much fun to follow. They have amassed a ton of awards for their blog and rightly so. These pups even give out prizes! Yippee!
Now, as far as 10 honest things about myself: I am exhausted right now so will save that for later on today. See you all soon I hope. Blessings to all who visit here. love, Cassie
