Little Cassie

Baby Cassie at about 6 months. I think little Cassie is about 3 here. Harley, Cassie and Wayne. Yup, those are matching dresses..see where I get that from?!

Decided to thrill you with a few old photos of little me, since I just turned the big 6-0. Funny, I don't feel like an old lady!!

Blessings and love,
Cassie
ps-The large birthmark on my cheek was a dysplastic nevus. I had 8 plastic surgeries on my face from the age of 6 months to 12 years. It was always part of me, so I really wasn't self conscious. Being from a small town everyone knew it wasn't chocolate or dirt on my cheek. Only people who didn't know me would comment to that effect. :<)

You were and ARE still just a cutie pie.
60 is the new 40. You knew that right?
I think now you have to be at least 80 to be considered an old lady.
Live it up friend!!!!

It's nice to have birthdays! The more you have, the longer you get to live!!! I know what you mean about not being self conscience about your birthmark, I got a big burn on the top of my left hand when my highchair fell over against the wood stove. The scar is just part of me and has never been a problem to me. Hope you have many more happy birthdays!

You may want to redefine ‘old’ - I am not too far from you in age...I had 5 sisters and 1 brother. Matching dresses were always the correct form for many a family photo. I am scanning many old prints as proof. You were a beautiful baby and young lady!

What a beautiful puppy you were and still are!!
Hey, our pink person had one of those fury spots as well when she was a puppy. A big one, just up from the wrist. She used to call it her "wau wau" which is "doggie" in German kids' speak. Then they took it out when she was a teenager. Two operations and one mangled arm. Only special people are born with fur!

Thank you for your best wishes to our peeps. They are very happy.

Hey, did you ever get our parcel in the mail??

Love, Inky and Molly
