Good word for letter "D," Cassie! It is amazing how many diets there are out there. I think the best plan is to eat less and exercise more. Very easy to say, not so easy to do. Happy Monday to you! :D

Look at all those diets! We should all be skinny as rails! And you only went to D!
Buddhist diet? Cookie diet? I wonder how many of them actually work?

So many diets! I've heard of the cabbage soup diet. I would starve to death. Great D word Cassie.

I would love to go on that cookie diet!!!
The most successful and balanced ones that I have tried is the weight watchers diet and the diabetic diet.

So that's how I got so fat!

Things sure are complicated. My diet plan is "eat less of everything". Will I follow the plan? I hope so, but I don't know if I'd bet on me!

How interesting! I want the cookie diet all the time.

Diets suck. Big time. The word diet means what our daily regimen of food intake should be ideally. "Dieting" gives "diet" a bad name. Less of everything, more water, rich things in moderation, and lots of activity...that's my game!

Lots of diets... I've tried my share through they years!!!! My friend lost alot of weight on Atkins--but that diet is horrible for you... I still think that Weight Watchers is the best one.

Betsy

Hmm, I'm actually (supposed to be) on the Blood Type Diet. But the cookie diet sounds more fun. :)
