A to Z Mondays ~ The Letter P

This is Patrick & me in Prescott, Arizona, before we got all our gray hairs!
This is my cousin Sheila & her hubby Mike's pet Hunter. He's undergoing chemo and has another round on April 30th. Patrick visited them all while in Houston last week. Would you pray for Hunter? Thanks.
Here is an old picture of Pat with pets Baby Rocket Dog and Chuck the Cat.
Pets Baby Rocket Dog and Chuck the Cat in 2007. Our pet Chuck the Cat was so pretty and very talented, but he had very real issues.

A funny picture of our newest pet, Hootie---he turns 1 yr. old May 6th!

I love the first photo...you and Patrick look like you just rode in on your horses from the bad lands, with six shooters under your belts and few bags of stolen coins! :-)

And hope that everything works out OK for Hunter. Hunter looks like a kind, gentle dog.

And Chuck the Cat? Never heard of him before! Why doesn't Chuck have his own blog? Is it because he's a bad-a** cat with issues, and you're afraid of what he might say?

Thanks for all the photos. They're all great! Love seeing them.

You & Pat look like you are going to rustle up some trouble in that first photo! Love it! Chuck the cat looks like a minature gray lion! He does have a ferocious expression!

Love the cute pics of your little puffy pooches and the pics of your kitty 'with issues'. I laughed out loud at that... my cat has issues too. LOL

Thanks for stopping to visit my blog today. I'll be back to see you. : )

I kind of expected to see Pat here today..:D
All your pooches are so adorable it's hard to call them pets, when they are really part of the family.
(Special Prayers for Hunter today)

Pat is a very good sport. Cut photo of the two of you in Prescott.

I love the picture of Hootie with the soccer ball around his head. It makes me laugh every time I see it. I might have to put it on my screen saver.

Have a wonderful evening.

Hi Cassie, Great "P" words and pictures today!!!!! Your cat Chuck has one of those 'lion' summer cuts, doesn't he??? I had never heard of that kind of cut--until another blogger friend had her cat's hair cut that way recently--for the summer... I think it's a cute 'cut'---but I can understand why the cat has 'issues'.... ha ha

Hugs,
Betsy

Yes, the soccer ball picture made me look twice. "Where's the rest of the dog?" Nice pet pix (and, ok, Pat pix too).

OMD...that pic of Hootie...(for some reason my paws keep typin' "Hottie") made me have a hot flashie!!! And he's comin' of age on May 6th??????? Wahooooooooo....maybe a DATE to celebrate, Hootie? (Oops..that time I typed Hoagie...I must be gettin' hungry...)

So...you like Stanny in bows, Baby??? He roached em off in record time, the little brat!

Scruffy would look good in purple I'm thinkin'....

There was an eleven month male Dale at the groomers today...he didn't like gettin' his face done...whenever they tried he'd lift his leg on the poor girl groomin' him....that's a first, isn't it!!!!!

hahahahahaaha...gotta love those pups with sass!!!

OMG is that cat for real?? Do you groom him that way? He looks like a Dr. Seuss character! He'd fit right in in my household!

And your mosaic items are soooo cool! that's exactly what I am looking for in a small lamp for my bedside. Great work!!

I'm posting this for my cousin Ivy who emailed this to me.(It was too sweet to save for myself!)

"Dear Cousin Cassie, I just read your blog about my (see it's all about me-joke) Uncle Leslie and I have goosebumps. I was little when he was in my life, but I too remember the "chuckle," and know that he would have had a fit if you interrupted a nap, none of the Millers had "muscles," did they? All pretty svelt, well, maybe not grandma (no offence)-wait, not a Miller, but by marriage. I also remember sitting on Uncle Leslie's "elephant stool," and eating this really cool candy that was shaped like "shoes, books, etc., " He was also the first person to show me how to draw a "robot," I drew about a million of them after that, and he loved clicking his dentures at us, we would squeal after that...Uncle Leslie was a great man, even though I didn't get a chance to really get to know him as an adult, I knew him through mom, you, and Aunt Rosie. I knew I loved you for a reason (or 3-thousand-go figure). I know that April stinks for us when it comes to family and loss. Love-Ivy"

Miss you and will fill you in soon, hope all is great-
Ivy
