Sorry I've been so bad about posting lately. I have lots of excuses for being a poor correspondent, taxes, been sick, been tired...none very good. Still no new camera. Believe it or not, I've been checking on the Internet to see if I could find a replacement for my same dear, little point and shoot camera. I keep getting "beat out" by the quick fingers on eBay. Phooey! My daughter has commented that I'm the only one on earth rejecting the newest technology for the old stuff. Hmmmm. I'm thinking maybe she's wrong, as I have just recently been turned on to this really cool website with some amazing oldies but goodies on it!! To Know Him Is To Love Him (I was 8 when this came out and I remember it!), The Old Lamplighter, Let It Be Me, The Wayward Wind, Sealed With A Kiss, Who's Sorry Now!!! Oh my goodness the songs of the 50's & 60's were so romantic and tuneful! Here is the link to the fabulous jukebox of blogger, Carolyn:
Thanks to my sweet Aunt Terry for sending me the email with this on it. Hope you all have a great week.
love, Cassie

I have a Sony that I use as a point and shoot. It has all kinds of buttons, but I rarely use any of the other settings. Sometimes use the macro.
I understand about not changing. I hate it.
Back in the olden '80s, a 20-something remarked to me that "I see why you like songs from the Sixties. Those songs were about something. Our songs are just about getting wasted."
Long live rock 'n' roll!

I've missed you gal!! Hope you can get the camera situation rectified soon.

Oldies are the BEST.
Regarding your attempts at winning stuff on eBay, you could try eSnipe.
I love 50's music. I used to run Bobby Vee's fan club for about 10 years here in the UK.
Thanks for your kind comment on my blog, I'm just gonna start reading your posts right now!
