My buddy Jeanne is my next door neighbor. Hootie,our Welsh Terrier always runs over to her door to check if she's home.
He loves her, but nearly knocks her over when he sees her.
These bottom pics were taken at an A's vs. Diamondbacks baseball game that I attended with my friends Jeanne, Dorothea and Gigi last month. The top photos were taken yesterday after we returned from doing lunch at Olive & Ivy in Scottsdale. The gals treated me to a lovely lunch with Champagne cocktails to bid me adieu, since Patrick and I are heading north this evening. This is our 2nd annual "Good-bye Cassie" lunch. Last year we did Postino which was fine, but quite crowded and close quarters. I really enjoyed Olive & Ivy. The wait staff was friendly, yet professional and eager to please. We sat outside and enjoyed the view from the patio and of course gabbed non stop!! Great fun.
