Shadow Shot Sunday #172 ~ Strange Pennsylvania Shadows

I honestly have no idea what that top shadow is from. I know I took it in PA, but that's the extent of it. The middle Shadow Shot is of my sister-in-law's female French Bulldog, Minnie.  Mickey is the tan butt to the left.  They were so funny.  The bottom shot is a bedside lamp shadow.  This concludes my Pennsylvania Shadow Shots Trilogy.  Back to Idaho (or maybe Canada) next week!!

For more Shadow Shots visit Hey Harriet.  If you'd like to join in, it's easy...just follow our hostess, Tracy's instructions on her blog.  Blessings to all who venture this way.

I have to agree, you have some strange ones here. Probably something about the air in the Keystone State! (I can say that, because I lived there for a third of my life!)

I LOVE MY SHADOW

I love my shadow,
My shadow loves me;
We chat together
And don’t disagree!

My shadow and I
Prefer not to shout
As we go walking
And rambling about.

My shadow’s so wise,
I ask what she thinks;
She’s happy to share,
And then nods and winks.

My shadow and I
Are best buds, you see;
That’s why we try hard
To always agree!

Although diminutive, the dogs and their shadows stand out very well. Shadows may be undefined shapes, but the beauty here is that we can define the shadow however we want - the imagination works overtime when shadows are involved!

The first one looks like a bouquet in a vase to me..I really like the giant shadow of the dog.

P.S. thanks for visiting; check the link on my post and see a photo I am proud of - my principal friend with a kindergartner ;-) I didn't submit the shadow one. It wouldn't have made the paper.

The first looks like an two headed alien with arms. :) I love it!
I thought the last could have been an onion.
Great shadow captures!

Boy, that was long way to go for shadows huh...and yes, it's Sunday chicken dinner...but if you could see how Big beats up on poor Louie, you'd whack him too, not to mention he chases me too...moral, do not peck the hand that feeds!!!

Have a safe holiday wherever you are this week!

Cassie I think your first shadow shot looks like a vase with some droopy flowers in it ? I could be wrong but that is my best guess!
Minnie and Mickey are just too darn cute for their names : )

Really beautiful and lovely shadows give a sense of mystery. Very nice.

I think the top one could be a hanging basket of foliage.

The dogs are my favorite, though!! Cute!
