Shadow Shot Sunday #167 ~ Gnomes,Frogs and Dogs

I had to include my gnome riding his frog-steed in this, since my door/window shadows are a bit weird.  I noticed Hootie's shadow in the mudroom door when I took BabyRocketDog out the other night.  So, I ran back inside and grabbed my camera. His shadow made me laugh.  (I'm not all that excited about my reflection in the  glass though.)

For more ShadowShots head on over to hostess Tracy's blog HERE.  Hope you all are having a good weekend.  Blessings to all who pass this way.

My Newest Polish Pottery Piece

Decided to have a little fun with some photos I just took. Do you see the difference?

One of my oldest friends, Sister Maria, surprised me by sending me this cute little Polish Pottery lady.  I think she's either an oil cruet or a pepper shaker...but I think I'll just let her move from place to place and decorate my kitchen without having to work. hehe.  Thanks Maria. I love you!

Shadow Shot Sunday #163 ~Schweitzer Summer Fest

Last Saturday Patrick and I (along with BabyRocketDog and HOotie) went up to Schweitzer Mountain for their Summer Fest.  Even though it was now summer, it was C-o-L-D on top of the mountain.  We took the chair lift to the summit and there was even still snow on top!  When the sun shone through, there were gorgeous shadows of clouds.  I got Patrick's shadow pointing to another mountain, and this sweet little white pooch waving hello to me in the village.
